As part of the Tesco team, you'll support retail customers with foreign exchange, ensuring a smooth travel experience. Responsibilities include: Building relationships with customers to understand their travel needs. Acting as a travel money ambassador, advising on Travelex products and services. Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently. Meeting procedural, operational, and customer service goals. Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail. Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards. Requirements: Excellent communication skills—able to talk and listen effectively. Motivated to succeed, make a difference, and care about customer impact. Note: Successful candidates will need to pass reference checks.
