Our client is a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand who are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join its in-house team. Known for its bold, expressive collections and strong digital presence, the business has carved out a unique space in the jeweller and accessories market.
This is a hands-on, content-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-led environment. The successful candidate will lead social strategy and execution across Instagram and TikTok, creating engaging content and building a loyal online community. From campaign ideation to performance analysis, this role blends creativity with commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and their online community
* Create compelling, on-brand content across platforms
* Monitor trends, seasonal events, and viral moments to keep content fresh and relevant
* Mentor junior team members and ensure consistent brand tone
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive digital campaigns
* Launch and oversee competitions and initiatives to drive traffic and sales
* Analyse performance metrics and report on ROI to senior stakeholders
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within fashion, jewelry, or beauty
* Proven track record managing multiple social channels and keeping up to date on trends
* Strong creative eye with a passion for fashion & digital culture
* Expert in analysing KPI’s & monthly reporting
