Job Description:

About the Role: We are currently recruiting B1 Licensed Engineers to join our Manchester Site. Both permanent and contract positions are available. Ideal candidates should have experience with the following type ratings:
* Boeing 737/787
* Airbus A319, A320, A321, A330 are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of customer aircraft, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
* Certify maintenance within the scope of company approvals.
* Provide leadership and supervision to aircraft mechanics and support staff, ensuring high standards of maintenance execution.
* Ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities, meeting on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability to exceed customer expectations.
Skills and Experience:
* Part 66 CAA License, B1 (essential).
* Previous experience in Base Maintenance.
* Must be adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Full UK Driving License (essential).
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
