Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Lettings Negotiator for our offices in Abingdon & Didcot. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for managing landlord and tenant communication, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, move ins and ensuring a smooth rental process is followed. You will play a key part in the lettings journey for our clients enabling you to build on your knowledge and deliver great service on all aspects of the tenancy cycle, by working closely with Head of Lettings.
Qualifications
* Understanding of landlord and tenant matters, along with knowledge of lettings & property management processes
* Experience working in estate agencies or related fields
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to professionally liaise with clients and team members
* Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to build positive client relationships
* Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Full UK driving license and their oen car required
* Knowledge of local area is important
* Positive attitude with a proactive approach to meeting targets and deadlines
