The role
Reporting to the Retail Director, you will develop and implement the Category plan to maximize retail revenue and density, aligning with the business objectives. Your responsibilities include negotiating, tendering, managing partner contracts, and tracking KPIs to ensure revenue targets and an excellent guest experience are met.
What will make you successful in the role?
Successful candidates will have an intuitive understanding of retail and/or hospitality markets, from operational excellence to the commercial drivers of unit performance, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Experience in retail leadership, tender processes, and complex contractual arrangements is essential. Building strong, supportive, and challenging relationships with partners is also key.
