Experience and Skills
* Do you have experience and/or training with primary aged children?
* Are you an excellent practitioner who can motivate polite, well-behaved children and support colleagues in their learning?
* Can you support children in making progress regardless of their starting point?
* Do you have experience supporting children through their final year at primary school, especially in preparing for SATs?
* Have you supported groups of Year 6 pupils through targeted interventions to help them achieve their best?
* Can you handle the challenges of supporting a child with behavioural difficulties while helping them progress?
The Role
We are looking for a Classroom Assistant to start from 3rd November 2025 or sooner. While the role will mainly be based in Year 6, flexibility to work across other age groups is required.
