Process Apprentice Job Description
As a Process Apprentice, you will undertake a structured training program of study and production work to gain the skills and knowledge required to support a world-leading manufacturing organisation.
1. Observing, learning, and understanding a wide range of production skills and processes.
2. The apprenticeship will include block release at CATCH in Stallingborough and onsite at Northfleet Mill.
3. Stays away from home will be required.
4. There will also be online learning blocks throughout the apprenticeship.

* Observe, learn, and understand a range of engineering skills and processes under skilled technical staff.
* Demonstrate these skills independently or with a team, increasing contribution over time.
* Understand the importance of health and safety in the workplace.
* Learn from verbal instructions and drawings to maintain plant and equipment to a high standard.
Minimum Requirements
* Achieved Grade C / 4 or above in Maths, English, and a Science or craft subject.
* Safety-conscious and a team player.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Technically minded and passionate about engineering.
* Keen eye for detail.
Opportunity to Grow
Complete Level 3 Science Manufacturing Technician standard, including City & Guilds L3 0610 in Process Technology, and Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Papermaking.
