We’re recruiting for an IT Service Analyst to join L&G Retail in Cardiff, Hove, or London! 3. Maintaining the integrity of services through change by reporting and engaging in change and service readiness processes to advise, review, and approve.
4. Supporting the improvement of availability and recovery by ensuring the CMDB and knowledge bases are maintained and updated, reflecting effective change, capacity, configuration, and availability management.
5. Supporting a continuous improvement culture by identifying potential improvements through work on all processes.
6. Supporting assurance of the performance of application vendors, third-party suppliers, and internal support service providers to ensure alignment with service levels.
