Private Client Legal Secretary – Full-Time - Hybrid

A well-respected and friendly law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their highly regarded team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a firm that truly values its people and is committed to delivering outstanding client care.

Duties include:

* Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors in the Private Client department
* Assisting with matters relating to:
* Wills
* Tax
* Probate
* Estate administration
* Managing digital dictation typing and ensuring accurate document production
* Handling diary management and appointment scheduling
* Communicating professionally with clients via telephone and email
* Maintaining confidentiality and upholding high standards of client service

About you:

* Proven experience in a Private Client legal secretarial role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
* Proficiency in digital dictation and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
