Role responsibilities
Ensure all payroll information is processed accurately and in a timely manner, to meet weekly deadlines. Processing of Adhoc Reporting and produce management data for internal Departments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Process all payroll information within the agreed timescale to meet weekly deadlines
2. Liaise with resources departments/roster clerks and managers regarding missing or incomplete payroll information.
3. Ensure all instructions in relation to company policy and statutory legislation is adhered to and report any non-compliance to Payroll Manager.
4. Produce adhoc reporting for data absence reporting.
5. Monitor sickness on a weekly basis, short and long term, with regard to linking sickness, calculation of company sick pay and statutory sick pay. Issuing of SSP1 forms.
Who we’re looking for
6. Minimum 2 years experience of a working in a team.
7. Knowledge of statutory regulations.
8. Competent Excel user and experience of report writing.
9. Ability to prioritise workload and complete with minimum of supervision
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
