Were partnered with a fast-growing fashion ecommerce brand looking to appoint an experienced Merchandiser to support the next stage of its growth journey.
This is an opportunity to join a commercially driven business where merchandising plays a key role in trading performance, stock strategy and business decision-making. Working closely with Buying, Ecommerce and Operations, youll take ownership of forecasting, trading and stock management across multiple channels.
Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys making commercial decisions and is confident using data to influence performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Own weekly trade performance across ecommerce, retail and wholesale channels
* Manage forecasting, WSSI and stock planning across product categories
* Analyse sales, stock, margin and sell-through performance to drive trading decisions
* Work closely with Buying teams on range planning and seasonal strategies
* Manage intake, replenishment and stock flow to maximise availability and profitability
* Identify commercial risks and opportunities through trading analysis
* Support promotional planning, markdown strategies and stock optimisation
* Present performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
* Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing and Operations teams across the business
About You
* Previous experience as a Merchandiser within a fashion, retail or ecommerce environment
* Strong understanding of forecasting, WSSI management and stock planning
* Commercially focused with excellent analytical skills
* Experience driving trading decisions through data and performance analysis
* Confident managing stakeholders across multiple departments
* Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
