Broking Systems Project Manager - Insurance - OUTSIDE IR35 Our client, a leader in the Insurance market, are recruiting for a Project Manager to work on an OpenTwins Implementation Broking Systems Project Manager Proven track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams within large-scale, global software delivery projects. Experience in the reinsurance industry, preferably in broking. Experience working with Trace / OpenTwins reinsurance broking platform. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP). Proven capability in the management of detailed project plans. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity. Proven leadership and ability to work well in a team environment, including meeting facilitation Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal; collaborating with stakeholders with high expectations. Ability to work in a complex and changing environment. Effective problem solving skills based on clear reasoning and sound rationale, coupled with excellent decision-making abilities. Tactful, diplomatic and able to thrive in an ever-changing environment. Patience and empathy when dealing with customers and colleagues.
