Senior Architectural Technologist
Our longstanding clients are on the lookout for a Senior Technologist to join their team based in Islington & Highbury situated just a short walk from the Tube station, they are looking to expand their team with a Senior Technologist to add depth to their team with an increased amount of projects been given the greenlight. This is an opportunity for a driven and dedicated Senior Technologist that is looking to further their career with a forward thinking practice with ambitions to join the AJ100 list in the near future
If you have a minimum 5 years of experience within the UK Leisure and commercial sector and have demonstratable experience delivering across the Technical stages with the adaptability to work independently or part of a team, this could be a great opportunity to progress your career. Our clients are looking for the right candidate that will add value to the team and help drive and push the business forward as they expand and move forward.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret client briefs and produce high quality technical drawings and details across all RIBA stages
2. Ensure compliance with current building regulations and legislation both in the office and out on site.
3. Lead multiple projects, managing and collaborating with a small team
4. Help drive and promote the business forward as an integral senior member of the team
5. Collaborate with teams internally to create conceptual and technical drawings then ensure they are delivered on site through the later RIBA stages.
6. Collaborate with consultants and clients, ensuring high technical standards are maintained across projects.
Essential Requirements:
7. 5+ years’ experience as a Senior with experience in the Leisure or commercial sectors
8. Strong understanding of UK building regulations & construction methods.
9. Proficiency in Revit - Essential
10. Demonstratable experience in Leisure projects
11. On site experience with access to own transport.
12. Project running experience – advantageous
13. Proven record in a senior role
What’s on Offer:
14. A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, dependant on experience.
15. Agile flexible working arrangements – 2 days in office/Site – 3 WFH
