Motor Vehicle Lecturer - Further Education

Salary: £43,000 per annum
Contract: Full Time
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Further Education college in London for a skilled and passionate Motor Vehicle Lecturer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive professional or educator to support and develop learners entering the motor vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and practical lessons across Motor Vehicle programmes (Level 1-3)
* Prepare lesson plans in line with curriculum requirements
* Assess student work and provide timely, constructive feedback
* Support and motivate learners to achieve their qualifications
* Monitor attendance, progress, and achievement
* Contribute to course development and quality improvement
Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle / Automotive Engineering (essential)
* Industry experience within the motor vehicle sector
* Teaching experience in Further Education (desirable)
* A recognised teaching qualification (preferred) or willingness to work towards one
* Strong communication and organisational skills
