Get Golfing CIO is seeking a Clubhouse Supervisor for their sports facilities. This role involves working with customers, fellow staff, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in a similar customer-facing role. Responsibilities
* Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
* Providing information and assistance to customers in person, or the phone
* Fun and outgoing personality
* Great customer service skills
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts which will include weekends and evenings.
* Duties include serving customers, taking orders, operating events, supervising daily golf operations.
* Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintaining clean and organized clubhouse and stock areas
Requirements
* A passion for excellent customer service.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
* Able to open and close the business.
* Previous supervisory experience required.
