Their high attention to detail provides landlords with complete security that their property is in safe hands. This is an exciting role for a Lettings/Property Manager. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of properties, working closely to handle both tenant and landlord enquiries. The position would suit either an already established Property Manager or Lettings Consultant, that’s looking for a new challenge or a passionate and ambitious individual with client facing customer service skills that’s looking for a step up.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary instruction getter, conducting marketing appraisals
* Bring properties to market and oversee the full lettings process
* Manage and motivate the lettings team to deliver exceptional service
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards
