Style Acre is an Oxfordshire-based, award‑winning and forward‑looking charity. We have over 36 supported living households, 3 community day hubs and a successful work programme, supporting more than 250 people.
About the role
An exciting opportunity to join our Outreach team in Thame and the surrounding area. We are looking for a committed, caring and enthusiastic individual to support adults with learning disabilities and autism. We support people to increase their independence and engagement in their community by offering support to go to the gym, cycling, shopping, supporting people to appointments, trips out and support for people in voluntary and paid work. We provide some support in people homes, but the majority of the time is spent out and about doing some great things. We want people to live full and meaningful lives and your support can help make this happen.
We offer sociable and flexible working hours – weekdays between 9‑4 pm. Part‑time position, working hours 9 am to 4 pm (flexible), Monday to Friday.

* Experienced Support Worker
* Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
