Customer Care Coordinator

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a busy leading Construction company based in Manchester City Centre. We are looking for applicants with experience within either the property or construction sectors.
Duties will include:
1. Answer customer queries via phone and email
2. Appoint works and maintain contractor's diaries
3. Update internal systems and maintain log sheets.
4. Draft and send letters to customers
5. Update inhouse snagging system
6. Order supplies
7. Validate and process timesheets
We are looking for:
8. Previous customer service experience, ideally gained within a construction or property environment
9. Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
10. Strong communication skills including in writing
11. Organised with the ability to prioritise
12. Team player
13. Able to work in a fast paced environment
