Salary: £44,546 (rising to £47,417 once qualified) + 6% Pension + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

On offer is the exciting opportunity for an Electrician/Electrical Engineer with a Level 3 qualification to join one of the world's leading defence contractors.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver instruction on course modules in support of the training pipeline, including lesson planning, training aids, workbooks, and student handouts.
* Create and prepare relevant teaching and learning materials, utilising modern learning technologies, including the use of Technology Enhanced Learning.
* Assist with the technical administration of training, course design processes, teaching and learning materials and equipment.
* Maintain a Continuous Personal Development (CPD) portfolio in respect of SQEP, innovative technologies and equipment, future training commitments and personal development requirements.
* Ensure lesson plans and training sessions are developed in accordance with the approved Learner Specifications, Course specifications and Course Training Plans.
* Review course material and content ensuring it is current and evolves to support equipment and technology advances, using the most appropriate training aids.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years on the tools experience and a minimum of an NVQ 3 or similar.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the UK.
* Level 3 qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar.
