Adult Clinical Lead Community Complex Care £45,000 - £48,000 Travel Expenses Hertfordshire Are you an experienced nurse looking to step into a leadership role within community complex care? We are recruiting for an Adult Clinical Lead to join a well-established and growing provider delivering high-quality, nurse-led care to adults in their own homes across Hertfordshire. This role offers a great balance of autonomy and support, with a hybrid working model and a manageable adult-only caseload. The Role As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will take ownership of a portfolio of complex care packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends or nights, giving you a strong work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee adult complex care packages in the community Complete clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments Deliver training, competencies and ongoing clinical supervision to staff Work closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams Monitor quality, governance and compliance across your caseload Support with incident management and clinical reporting Requirements Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN Background in adult complex care or ICU/ITU Experience in a senior, lead or supervisory role Strong clinical skills including tracheostomy and ventilator care Excellent communication and organisational ability UK driving licence preferred Salary and Benefits £45,000 - £48,000 salary depending on experience Travel expenses covered Hybrid working - 1 to 2 days working from home per week Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm 28 days annual leave Adult-only caseload Ongoing training and career development Opportunity to join a growing and supportive provider This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse ready to step into an Adult Clinical Lead position and make a genuine impact in community complex care.
