Experience in large scale Banqueting is preferable, but if you have a minimum of 3 years chef experience in fast paced environments, feel free to get in touch as hard working, skilled chefs with great attitudes are always welcome. Responsibilities and Duties Cook to specification and opportunity for menu creation. Product Delivery, Standards and Innovation Cleaning the kitchen & it’s equipment Due diligence, Record food/fridge temps & wastage Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management. Stock Control, Waste Management and Finance Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Maintenance Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times.
