The Role: We are seeking a Surveyor – Asset Management to support the effective stewardship of a nationally diverse portfolio of specialist residential assets. This role is ideal for a graduate or early‑career surveyor who is eager to develop hands‑on technical skills while gaining exposure to real‑world asset management, property inspections, compliance, and building pathology. You will work closely with experienced surveyors and asset managers, supporting the delivery of inspections, monitoring planned and reactive works, reviewing compliance responsibilities, and contributing to small‑scale projects and wider asset management activities.
