Hall Porter Ragdale Hall Spa is a luxurious retreat nestled in the heart of the countryside, offering world-class spa facilities and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist guests with luggage and provide a warm, welcoming service upon arrival and departure.
2. Provide general assistance to guests, addressing enquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
3. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge about the hall, advising guests where necessary.
4. Clear communication across all departments you work with.
Qualifications:
5. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
6. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
8. Must hold a clean Driving License.
Salary*:
9. Age 21+ -£12.80 per hour
This role would be for 31 hours per week, working on a rota basis with 1 in 3 weekends off. Perks:
