Position Overview:
Endurance Doors is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented team member to fill the Technical Support Specialist position. The successful candidate will be key in providing professional advice on our door products, technical solutions to customers and installers, and ensuring that quality in every installation and use of our products is to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive technical support to installers, partners, and internal teams.
* Advice on door specification, fitting instructions, and troubleshooting.
* Support escalated technical queries and resolve them in an effective manner.
* Support training of installers and sales teams to ensure products are understood correctly.
* Update/maintain technical documentation, installation guides, and FAQs.
* Liaise with the production and quality assurance departments regarding product-related issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly.
* Previous experience in a technical or installation role preferred.
* Knowledge of customer support systems and processes preferred.
