The candidate will be expected to take calls from event organisers and be accurate in inputting the details into the Opera sales & Catering system. Be able to accurately build and deliver function sheets for each organiser and communicate their specific needs and desires to our operations team.
The role calls for a great telephone manner, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with WORD so that contracted details can be exchanged with our guests.
