You will handle a broad and engaging caseload, including:
* Divorce and separation matters
* Financial remedy proceedings, often high net worth and complex asset structures
* Private children law matters under the Children Act
* Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
* TOLATA claims and cohabitation disputes
* International family law matters, including cross-border jurisdiction issues
* Injunctive relief, including urgent protective applications
The successful candidate will also be encouraged to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development activity, and support junior team members where appropriate. The environment rewards initiative, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to career development.
