Overview
Senior IT Service Delivery Manager for a start-up FinTech company based in London. You will design, build and scale the Service Delivery function and oversee internal support, software implementation, and governance across a real-time live platform that operates 24/7.
Responsibilities
* Design, build and scale the Service Delivery function.
* Oversee internal IT support and external client-facing support.
* Lead software implementations and monitor/report on progress and outcomes.
* Establish governance, security and policy writing related to IT services.
* Ensure delivery in fast-paced or regulated environments; experience in SaaS platforms is a plus.
Requirements
* 6–7 years’ experience in IT Service Management.
* Strong ITIL and SIAM knowledge.
* Experience in Microsoft Azure and CI/CD-driven Agile environments.
* Ability to oversee software implementations and produce monitoring/reporting.
* Experience with security governance and policy development.
* Experience in fast-paced start-up or regulated environments is highly desirable.
Location & Schedule
London, hybrid working model (1–2 office days per week).
Compensation
Open to Senior level profiles; salary £80–£90k per year plus benefits.
