Role Purpose:
The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities include posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting reference packs to our Compliance Team. The role involves supporting candidate attraction and conversion for hourly roles at our London Heathrow and London City sites. Reporting to the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager, you will assist with hiring events and inductions, with occasional travel to other sites or events.
This position is within a fast-paced HR Recruitment Team, crucial for the smooth operation of our ongoing recruitment activities.
Stakeholders:
Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR, Compliance/Referencing Team
External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
* Advertising and maintaining vacancies on various job boards via our ATS.
* Collating management information (MI) weekly and monthly, reporting findings.
* Supporting initial screening of CVs and providing feedback to Recruitment Coordinators.
* Arranging interviews, preparing schedules, and inviting candidates.
* Conducting initial phone screenings as needed.
* Preparing recruitment packs for the Compliance and Referencing Team.
* Supporting Recruitment Coordinators with interview feedback.
* Gathering and chasing employment documents (Right to Work, HMRC forms, criminal checks).
* Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
Additional duties may vary depending on location and role complexity.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
* Experience with job boards.
* Experience working with external agencies is desirable.
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Experience in the aviation sector is a plus but not essential.
Skills:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
