Here at GXO, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Greene King Customer Team based at Trafford Park. The team manages a diverse workload, providing exceptional customer service to the Greene King contract. It is the central point of contact for all enquiries from both internal and external customers.
This position operates on an any 5 from 7 shift rotation (including Sundays), totaling 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis, with potential flexibility for hybrid working.
Please note that this role is initially based at Trafford Park, but our site will be moving to Middleton in early 2026.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Engage daily with customers and suppliers to arrange bookings and service requests
* Coordinate with Greene King colleagues across all parts of the business
* Deliver excellent customer service in all tasks
* Perform general administrative duties
