What you will do:
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies to screen incoming referrals within the MASH.
* Analyse information and make informed recommendations regarding appropriate levels of intervention and services.
* Ensure timely and effective responses to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
* Maintain accurate records and produce high-quality reports, detailing findings and action plans.
* Engage in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing expert knowledge and solutions to complex cases.
Role Requirements:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Social Worker with:
* A minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience
* Previous MASH experience clearly evidenced on the CV
