Part-Time Bookkeeper
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a well-established business on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a supportive office environment and contributing to the smooth running of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and file VAT returns
* Reconcile bank accounts, sales, debtor/creditor, and purchase ledgers
* Raise invoices and log expenses using accounting software
* Assist with basic monthly/quarterly management accounts (with support and review)
* Provide general office administration support as needed
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a bookkeeping role
* Experience using accounting software
* Strong understanding of ledger reconciliations and VAT processes
* Knowledge of digital tax filing (desirable)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
