About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Team Leader with level 3 health and social care diploma or working towards, to join our Day Centre team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead by example, ensuring best practice and compliance with policies and procedures
* Update and review care plans regularly, ensuring they reflect individual needs and goals
* Work closely with professionals such as Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to deliver holistic support
* Provide supervision and support to staff, helping them develop their skills and confidence
* Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for service users and staff
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a senior support role, ideally in a day centre or social care setting
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Good knowledge of care planning, reviews, and regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Hold a UK driving license and have use of car with business insurance
* Right to work in the UK
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of service users
