To support and spend time with an allocated group of service users, promoting recovery and maintaining community links. To assist the Care Co-ordinator / key nurse in planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans.
Main duties of the job

Participate in training, development, and supervision sessions as part of the team.

Qualifications
* Experience in healthcare support roles, preferably in mental health.
* Literacy and numeracy skills.
* NVQ Level II in Care, Care Certificate, and First Aid training.
* Driver's license required.

* Organizational skills and flexibility.
