2. Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties of the Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:
9. Carry out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
10. Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical issues including brakes, suspensions, exhausts, clutches, and cambelts
11. Conduct accurate and efficient MOT tests (if fully qualified)
12. Replace gearboxes and undertake general mechanical repairs as required
13. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
14. Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:
15. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester within a fast-paced workshop environment
16. Confidence handling all aspects of mechanical repairs and servicing
17. Valid UK driving licence is essential
18. Active MOT licence will significantly enhance earning potential to £45,000
19. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
