The Opportunity
We are looking for a Control Brand Marketing Executive to join the well-established Marketing team at Footasylum. This is an opportunity to bring internal Footasylum brands to market through all touchpoints, including briefing of creative, budget management, brand strategy, calendar planning, managing full GPM process and internal project ownership. Within the role, you will be responsible for the marketing of multiple internal Footasylum brands including Dripmade, Forena & Epic Kid so a solid understanding of different consumer groups is vital.

Internal and external relationship management/building is vital to the role, and the candidate will need to display excellent communication skills. Working with our internal buying, merchandising, creative, wholesale, ecomm & retail will all be vital to the success of the role.

You’ll be working in a fast paced and energetic environment and will be expected to bring a level of maturity and passion within the role. Experience within fashion or brand roles would be preferable.


The Team
The brand marketing team functions as a part of the larger marketing department and we work extremely closely with creative, ecomm and the studio team to bring brands/campaigns to market, in line with the individual consumer groups.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will have weekly meetings to discuss ongoing workload and goal setting. You will also have the opportunity for quarterly meetings with wider stakeholders to discuss longer term strategy and goal setting.

You will be supported in your journey and will be pushed to take on new challenges and expand your knowledge of the brand marketing team.


About You

The role will require a high level of organisation, communication and creative flair.



Responsibilities

· Working closely with internal buying and merchandising to ensure key brands and products are highlighted in Footasylum campaigns & across all other touchpoints.

· Lead on quick GTM for product based campaigns.

· Coordinate with suppliers and printers to ensure timely delivery on marketing assets.

· Briefing of creatives and monthly calendar planning.

· Internal and External relationship management.
