This unique opportunity is designed for individuals at the beginning of their careers who are eager to learn and grow in the dynamic world of horse racing. You will kick off your journey with approximately 68 months at our London headquarters, where youll gain invaluable insights into race planning, fixtures, prize money, and industry decision-making processes. Following this foundational period, your role will transition to one of our prestigious racecourses, allowing you to become a hands-on Racing Executive while commencing your Clerk of the Course accreditation journey .
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Racing Director and the wider Racing Department, supporting race programming, analysing crucial data, liaising with key industry stakeholders and broadcasters, and contributing to the evolution of the racing product.
We are seeking candidates who:
Have a genuine passion for horse racing
Envision a long-term future in racing operations and clerking
Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data (proficient in Excel)
Exhibit flexibility, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn
Are willing to start in London and later relocate to a racecourse
