As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced and driven Head of B2B Travel & MICE Sales to strengthen their brand presence across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, while leading and developing a high-performing sales team.

Head of B2B travel & MICE Sales Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy for Trade, OTAs and MICE across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
2. Build strong commercial partnerships with travel agents, consortia, TMCs and corporate event clients.
3. Drive e-distribution performance, including OTAs and API-led channels.
4. Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing sales and events team.
