We are looking to recruit an Electrician-Approved within the electrical compliance team covering our housing portfolio. This position requires a person who is self-motivated with strong organisational skills, excellent communications and a track record of providing a positive customer experience.
Your main roles will include:
* Installing and upgrading extractor fans, PIVs and other ventilation systems.
* Carrying out EICR's
* Electrical repairs
* Smoke alarm system upgrades
* Consumer unit changes
These workstreams include Responsive Repairs, Voids, Decent Homes and Compliance.
You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of current health and safety legislation, building regulations and a willingness to continue to develop your knowledge and skills.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
* NVQ level 3
* 18th Edition BS7671
* Full Clean Driving Licence
Desirable Qualification:
* 2391 Testing and Inspecting (or equivalent)
