Employee Benefits Executive – Healthcare
Salary - up to £33,000 plus bonus & benefits
Bristol/ hybrid
* In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio of new and existing clients by providing high-quality advice, working to agreed budgets, and focusing on client retention.
* You'll also identify and expand lines of cover and service delivery from ongoing clients through cross-selling, while ensuring a professional, high-quality service is delivered to clients, colleagues, and third parties.
* Key duties include coordinating the administration of employee benefit programs such as medical coverage, dental insurance, group life insurance, pension plans, and other benefits. You'll consult with and advise employees on eligibility, provisions, and other matters related to benefits, maintain benefits records and documents, and assist in the preparation of benefits booklets and other communications.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience with group risk and/or healthcare products
* Strong telephone customer service skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
* High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation
