Teaching & Learning
* Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons across Key Stage 5 (A Level/BTEC)
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote deep understanding of business concepts
* Prepare students for internal and external assessments, ensuring strong outcomes
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including high-achieving and supported students

* Monitor, assess, and track student progress using a range of assessment strategies
* Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student development
* Use data effectively to identify underperformance and implement targeted interventions
* Support students with exam techniques and coursework requirements

* Act as a personal tutor, supporting students’ academic and personal development
* Build positive relationships with students to promote engagement, attendance, and achievement

* Contribute to the development and delivery of the Business Studies curriculum

Person Specification
Essential
* A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject
* Teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent)
* Experience teaching Business Studies at KS5 (A Level and/or BTEC)
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for Business education
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire post-16 learners
