The Integration Analyst is a critical role within the Digital Transformation Integration Team, responsible for enabling seamless integration across our largest transformation program, accelerating AI adoption, and safeguarding day-to-day operational resilience. This role combines analytical depth, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional business knowledge to ensure that complex system and process changes are implemented successfully and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the integration analysis focal point for Project Chloe, ensuring all integration requirements across front, middle, and back-office are captured and translated into actionable deliverables.
* Lead integration testing and validation, preparing scenarios, validating results, and investigating discrepancies to ensure Chloe adoption is smooth and business-ready.
* Act as the troubleshooter during testing and rollout, coordinating fixes, resolving integration failures, and preventing costly delays.
* Safeguard operational continuity by embedding settlements and back-office expertise into Chloe designs, ensuring no disruption to critical financial processes.
* Act as a bridge between Chloe project teams, IT developers, and operations, ensuring clarity, alignment, and efficient execution.
AI Adoption & Digital Integration
* Act as the IT focal for AI initiatives, assessing use cases (e.g., document scanning, predictive analytics), piloting proofs-of-concept, and ensuring scalable adoption into operations.
* Conduct business analysis of AI solutions, testing their applicability, gathering feedback from users, and refining for operational rollout.
* Identify opportunities for automation and smarter workflows in settlements and back-office, driving efficiency and cost savings through AI and digital tools.
Operational Integration & Improvement
* Provide hands-on integration support for back-office and settlements, investigating and resolving issues to maintain business-critical processes.
* Propose and implement ideas to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enhance speed and accuracy.
* Act as the link between operations and IT, ensuring user requirements and pain points are captured and embedded into integration design.
* Ensures resilience of core processes like settlements, while continuously proposing and implementing cost-saving improvements
Qualifications
* Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex integration and operational issues under time pressure.
* Proven expertise in settlements and back-office operations, with an understanding of their dependencies in trading and risk processes.
* Experience as an IT focal for AI and digital initiatives, including piloting, testing, and operationalizing solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and document integration requirements in large-scale transformation programs.
* Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, able to bridge the gap between business users, IT developers, and vendors.
* Comfortable balancing strategic transformation work (Chloe, AI) with tactical operational problem-solving.
