Bachelors degree is required; Masters degree preferred. Responsibilities: Support the Change Management Lead in managing multiple regulatory reporting projects. Mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance culture. Collaborate with business functions such as Operations, Technology, and Compliance to implement necessary changes. Liaise with Business Execution and Transformation teams for program oversight and risk monitoring. Facilitate steering committees and working groups to ensure effective decision-making. Identify and escalate project risks, mitigating potential delays and cost overruns. Ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables, minimizing regulatory penalties and reputational damage.
