We would love to welcome an Information Worker to join our friendly team in working for Argyll and Bute. Let us tell you about why this could be a great move for you.

To provide a Duty Assessment, Information and Advice Service to members of the public from the Helensburgh Area Office. To provide an initial point of contact for enquirers seeking information and advice on services within Argyll & Bute. Generally support the wider social work team and help make a difference for Adults who live in Argyll and Bute.

Experience in working with the public

Knowledge of welfare benefits

Good communication skills

Ability to use initiative
