Requirements:
As the Retail Store Manager, you will have:
* At least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* Proven ability to lead a high-performing management team
* Substantial understanding of and up-to-date knowledge of commercial, visual, operational, and people processes and systems
* Ability to use data and MI to identify opportunities for profit, visual improvements, and cost savings
* Proven ability to plan and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities
* Ability to perform under pressure with high resilience
* Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to inspire and handle difficult conversations
