Position Summary
As a highly visible member of the Divisional Leadership Teams, the Senior Finance Business Partner will be pivotal in financial reporting, forecasting, business cases and Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) for a complex division. The role will provide the necessary assurance to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and the rest of the Executive Team through the Executive assurance governance structure.
The Senior Financial Business Partner will lead a small team of Business Partners and work closely with the Management Accounts team to deliver comprehensive support, accurate and prompt reporting, while leading discussions on financial sustainability.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills are essential. The role requires on‑site presence in the divisional teams and experience in a similar fast‑paced, high‑profile setting. Prompt communication, accuracy, initiative and the ability to lead financial discussions are essential.
