Key responsibilities as a Student Support Assistant:
* Offer tailored support to students at different ability levels.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to aid student progress.
* Help manage classroom dynamics and support behaviour management.
* Engage with students during activities and assist in lesson delivery.
