Internal Sales

Aylesbury, HP19 8UP

* Full time, permanent
* £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + uncapped commission

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Internal Sales (Full Sales Cycle) person to join our growing business. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales journey: identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through to delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the main point of contact for your client base
* Respond to inbound enquiries and nurture long-term relationships
* Generate new business through outbound calling and email campaigns
* Manage the entire sales process from quote to order and delivery
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and lead times
* Work closely with internal teams to coordinate order fulfilment
* Build and maintain product knowledge to support customer queries
* Keep CRM and sales reports up-to-date and accurate

* Competitive base salary of £30,000–£35,000 + uncapped commission
* Commission starts once £15K/month in new business is reached
* Earn 5% on NET new business (e.g. £100 order = £5 commission)

Commission:

* Your sales target before you earn any commission is £15K per month of new business. (New business is defined as, business who have no trading history with Coldene or have not actively traded in 12 months) (excluding website sales)
* Commission structure: Once monthly target is achieved your will earn 5% of the NET order value (before VAT) example £100 order = £5 bonus
* Maximum commission payout as new starter in internal sales person is £10,000 (Opportunity to REVIEW)
* Every 6 months, you have the opportunity to request a commission review meeting, which allows you to prove why you should be moved up to the next commission tier of £15.000, etc


The Ideal Candidate

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a small company environment, enjoys variety, and is eager to make a meaningful impact. About you:

* Has proven success in telephone-based sales roles
* Brings excellent communication and rapport-building skills
* Is organised, self-motivated and commercially aware
* Can multitask and manage multiple client demands efficiently
* Is proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Has an interest in technical/engineering products (advantageous but not essential)
