Requirements
* Previous management experience in adult social care settings, including medication management
* Good knowledge of quality and clinical governance best practices
* The ability to lead, motivate, develop and delegate to others and be part of a supportive team
* Experience of promoting a caring and friendly environment where the philosophy of person-centred care is at the heart of everything you do, including the empowerment of residents to fully participate in all decisions relating to them
* The ability to form relationships with a wide range of people, including residents and their families, the home team and medical professionals
* Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
