We are seeking an experienced Disrepair Manager to take ownership of legal disrepair cases within a social housing environment, working on behalf of a main contractor delivering responsive and planned maintenance services.

This is a hands-on, commercially aware role with responsibility for driving disrepair cases through to resolution, ensuring works are raised, managed, completed, and evidenced correctly while maintaining strong relationships with residents and clients.
You will act as the central point of coordination between residents, legal teams, internal operational teams, and the clientensuring cases are progressed efficiently, risks are controlled, and outcomes are delivered in line with contractual and legal requirements.
