The Role: Head of Buying - Travel Essentials We’re seeking a dynamic, commercially-driven leader to head up the Travel Essentials buying function, covering brands like LEGO, Miniso, Discover, and Relay, along with a growing pipeline of innovative new partnerships. As a key member of our UK leadership team, you’ll define the commercial strategy, develop supplier relationships, and lead a talented team to deliver an exceptional product offer that delights travelers and drives growth. What You'll Do: Lead and evolve the commercial buying strategy for Travel Essentials, aligning with business growth ambitions. Identify and secure best-in-class suppliers, brands, and exclusive deals. Oversee range planning, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimisation to maximise sales and margins. Collaborate across marketing, operations, finance, and merchandising to bring new concepts to life. Coach and inspire your team to deliver excellence and innovation every day. Analyse performance data to drive smart, data-led decisions. Embed sustainability and ethical sourcing into everything we do.
